A seven-day yoga-sailing holiday in Croatia from Split to Dubrovnik (and vice versa) itinerary and the classes are an hour long in some of the most breath-taking settings you've ever seen. The route includes some of the best destinations that Croatia has to offer, including Croatia's famous island of Vis, the magical and popular island of Hvar, the old fortified town of Korčula and the beautiful National Park of Mljet. There are plenty of hidden gems on the journey, and we promise, the trip will be like nothing you’ve ever done before! This Croatian itinerary is like no other; you will have the choice of sessions at various times of the day, including sunrise meditation and morning yoga. We will be in a bay or port in time to explore the islands by foot or scooter and there’s always time for a glass of wine, swimming and mouth-watering local fresh fish and grilled vegetables.
Often referred to as Golden Cape this is arguably the best beach in Croatia and is named as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is no surprise that it has also become a very popular traveler destination.
Zlatni Rat beach is only 2 km from Bol in the southern part of the island of Brac. There is also regular ferry connection from Split.
We operate a full-time fleet of three Beneteau Oceanis 48 yachts in Croatia.
The boats are well respected in their class and offer both comfort and exceptional value for money.
The Oceanis 48 yacht we operate for your Croatian sailing holiday is a very 'beamy' (wide) boat, which means more room and comfort for you. You'll see how 'fat' she is when compared to other boats she's parked beside.
Your meals during this retreat are prepared fresh for you daily. Expect plenty of flavourful and healthy Mediterranean cuisine during this retreat! Consume a tasty granola fruit bowl for breakfast and or a salmon caper toast to start off the day. Taste antipasti pasta, Caprese salad, rainbow fruit salad, banana pancakes, avocados stuffed with spicy shrimp and spring greens as part of your healthy sailing adventure!

Megan Sullivan
I've been practicing yoga for 17 years and teaching for 11 of those. I was drawn deeper into yoga after realizing the positive impact it had, not just on a physical level but, more significantly, on an emotional level. I found that regular classes bought a sense of calm reassurance and life perspective that wasn't there before.
I embarked on a 4 1/2 year teacher training course with the British Wheel of Yoga and have continued teaching my own style of Hatha yoga since - incorporating pranayama; asana; meditation and relaxation, and drawing on the experience from the many teachers I've had the privilege to learn from.
I believe that yoga has something to offer everyone, whatever age, ability or stage of life. Having drawn heavily on my 'yoga resource' during some significant life events, my aim is to make this available to everyone. I teach in a holistic way, using a variety of teaching styles to ensure my classes are accessible and suitable for all levels. I integrate a balance of strength and flexibility into all classes and draw on the ancient philosophies were useful to aid understanding.
I teach because I love sharing the joy that I get from my own practice and learning. I aim to keep my classes relaxed and light-hearted as I believe that people learn through enjoyment.
'Love love Megan's class. I have learned so much from her and it has, and is helping me in everyday life.'
