We all use our senses every day, but are we really noticing and acknowledging the power they have? Through engaging workshops, asana (yoga) practices, and mindfulness activities, we will explore and truly awaken each of our five senses; taste, touch, sight, smell, sound. By discovering the ways our senses impact our thoughts, feelings, and interactions with others, we will become more aware and alive in each present moment. All participants will be given a personal journal to assist in reflection during this immersive experience.

The Retreat Center provides convenient guest amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it’s shopping for a book, getting a good workout, or grabbing a healthy snack between lectures, you will find everything you need on-site, including campus wide Wi-Fi. Also, our fully equipped classrooms are available for personal practice when classes are not in session.

Our food is completely vegetarian, but not vegan. Our style of cooking draws on ayurvedic principles, but is not strictly ayurvedic.
