This 3 day retreat gives you the time and space to get away from it all and focus on you.

Join us in beautiful mountain scenery for twice daily yoga classes, guided walks in the surrounding hills (easy, beginner level, for all fitness levels) and life coaching sessions.

Hang out in stunning old Victorian shooting lodge, modernly refurbished to provide luxury ensuite accommodation (twin or double available), beautiful dining room, large lounge, with log fire to cosy up around.

Small intimate group, so you can get one-to-one attention in yoga and life coaching, and make friends for life, if thats your thing.

Time to chill out and read books, do jigsaws, do mindful colouring in, have a bath, wander down to the lake (or loch, as we call it in Scotland)


Our location

Set just outside the small village of Kinloch Rannoch, this house is nestled at the bottom of a hillside, with fantastic countryside and mountain views from every window.

The loch (Scottish lake) is a 10 minute walk from the house.

Next to the house, there is a field of horses, who sometimes watch us doing yoga. Occasionally, the deer stags come down from the mountain to play too.


The accommodation has 4 levels - we do yoga on the ground floor, hang out in the large lounge and dining room on the 1st floor, and 7 bedrooms are spread out over the top 2 floors.

All the bedrooms are large, and ensuite. Accommodation is based on twin sharing, although it is possible to upgrade with a single supplement.

Food is all wholesome and homemade on site.

Breakfast consists of hot options (porridge, pancakes, scrambled eggs on toast) and cold options - cereal and homemade bread and spreads.

Lunch is normally a homemade soup and bread, and salad.

Dinner is a hot options, such as filling stews, fajitas, spaghetti bolognese, or the change to try the local haggis (meat or veggie available)

We can cater for most dietary requirements if we know in advance (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, diary free etc) - once we're on retreat, options to get other food are extremely limited due to the remote nature of the venue.

Cat has a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygenie certificate.


Cat Trebilco

Cat is a qualified NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner, an experienced life coach and Mountain Guide. She is passionate about nature and helping people!
