Then come and join us for our Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training in Bali.

In this course we build a strong foundation to understand different styles and paths of Yoga to give you the chance to explore various styles and find the one or ones suiting you best for teaching. Because your own practice and what you teach are two different pairs of shoes.

Our experience showed us that practicing a certain style of Yoga does not necessarily mean that this particular style is your teaching style.

In this 27 days training we give you a broad overview of the traditional and modern teachings of Yoga to set a solid base for your Yoga teacher journey. We want to give you the knowledge and the confidence you need to spread the joy of Yoga.

We designed our 200 hours Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training with a strong foundation in traditional Hatha Yoga, as this is the asana based practice all other Yoga styles developed from. But Yoga asana practice is only one limb of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga, the guidelines to life a peaceful and meaningful life. After completing our 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in Bali we want you to understand the foundation and roots of Yoga, the importance of this ancient philosophy in our every-day-life and how to carry on these teachings. To ensure the quality of our course and to help you track your progress we will have weekly quizzes, one final written exam and a practical exam in which you are going to teach a Yoga class in the style of your choice.


Our location

Our Yoga School here in Bali is located in a quiet and peaceful area in Canggu, just 10 minutes from the beautiful black sand beaches where you can enjoy the sunset over the ocean or watch surfers catching the waves.


We want you to feel at home when you stay with us. So we chose the accommodation very carefully to offer you a perfect retreat after a full day of practice to relax and recharge. Our team is kind and loving and we support you with everything we can. For us spending time together and building genuine relationships is important. We are looking forward to welcome you and to connect while enjoying a coconut together.

You can choose between a private Bungalow, shared Joglo or Villa.

Our Joglos are build-in Javanese style from 100-200 years old teak wood from Java with modern elements to ensure your comfort and well-being. The time schedule is not fixed and can change according to location, teacher availability, weather conditions and general situation.

  • 02:00 to 02:30 pm Yogic Relaxation
  • 02:30 to 04:30 pm Teaching Methodology / Yoga theory
  • 04:30 to 06:00 pm Mantra Chanting and Self-practice

  • 07:30 to 10:00 pm Self study


Nutritious Food - We become what we eat

For us nutritious food and pure drinking water are essential. We offer three yogic meals made with fresh and local ingredients, prepared with love and passion. We believe that it is important to handle food with care so that it can nourish the body and mind.

You can book three vegetarian meals per day with us for 450 USD for the course duration.


Sandeep Atri

Yogi Sandeep Atri was born near kurushetra ,Haryana which is the land of Mahabharta(A place where Krishna briefed path of truth to his discipleArjuna via "The Bhagwat Geeta'). His first master was his mother. She is follower of Bhakti Yoga. So Yogi Sandeep Atri was learned path of yoga in childhood time from his mother and other family members because all are devotes of God. He is the spiritual speaker and very keen to learn and teach yoga so he is always travelling around in Himalayas and other places to enhance his skills. His pallynature bring him close to many spiritual Gurus and he learned multiple techniques of meditation/Yoga in congruence of these spiritual Gurus. He has good knowledge of meditation spirituality mind, Asana, Yoga philosophy, Self-healing and Stress management. A man who used his tremendous knowledge ofhotels and yoga retreat inAyurvedic raw detoxic, Indian and different cuisines. He is trying to cure and held people recover from different diseases with the help of food and yoga practices. He has knowledge of yogic diet which actually helps to improve our yogic life because he believes what we eat our body and mind becomes same. He loves to teach yoga to children and having an aim to open Yoga ashram forupcoming generation where they can learn Yoga,Ayurveda, Vedas, Sanskrit and different languages from early age which makes Good Yogis who can spread peace, love and paths of yoga all over the world.

Qualification: He is an E-RYT 500 Hours (experienced yoga teacher) with Yoga Alliance & YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). He did his M.A. in Yoga from Uttrakhand University and attained many yoga teacher training courses and workshops of Yoga with different schools. Before starting to work in the Yoga field he did his bachelor degree in hotel management and a master degree in business management.

Kathrina Austermann

Katharina is our owner and founder. She is our nutritionist and anatomy and physiology expert. She is doing nutritional counseling for hormonal well-being and is a teacher for traditional Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Asana Alignment, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. She is just about to finish her Phd-thesis about the effects of antioxidants on bone metabolism. After her M.Sc. in Human Nutrition she worked at the University of Bonn organizing and performing human intervention studies. As a physical and mental counterbalance to her work life she started to do Yoga and after a short time she noticed first benefits. She became a Yoga teacher to best combine her skills and use her knowledge to help people live a healthy, balanced and happy life. She is fascinated by the science behind yoga and loves to combine the ancient teachings with modern scientific approaches. Katharina has the ability to light up a room with her smile and takes you into the depth of authentic and modern styles of Yoga.

Qualification: Katharina is an E-RYT 200 Hours with Yoga Alliance. She has her M.Sc. in Human Nutrition and is finalizing her PhD in Nutritional Physiology and Pathophysiology.

Kadek Martina

Kadek Martina is a Balinese. She was born in Ubud Bali. She used to work as a marketing manager in London and Liverpool in a private health care industry until she was diagnosed with poly cysts. She decided to returned back to Bali in 2011 and started her self healing by practicing yoga diligently. Under guidance of a "Asana, Pranayama, Mudra Bandha book" by Swami Satyananda Sarasvati, she practiced twice daily for a year. "The Guru will come when the student is ready". It was the time she needed to deepen her yoga practice by seeking for a Guru. Then universe arranged that she went to the bank of Mother Gangga by the foothills of Himalaya at Parmarth Niketan Ashram Rishikesh, she took seva (selfless service), studied and taught yoga at the Ashram. After 2 years in Rishikesh, she returned home and recovered fully from poly cysts. She continued her practice and shared her experience in Bali.

Martina focuses her yoga class on suksma vyayam to build strong foundation of strength, flexibility and balance. She also teach authentic hatha yoga, pranayama, yin, power, yoga nidra, and meditation. Her experience, knowledge and friendliness will bring joy to the class.

Qualification Martina is an 200hr RYS Yoga Alliance certified. She has her MSc in Marketing Specializing in Branding from Cass Business School London.
