The morning yoga sessions are usually a combination of Vinyasa Flow yoga and modified Ashtanga series that offer a dynamic and stimulating practice.
In the afternoons, Hatha and Yin yoga invite you to recover and gently release all the tensions accumulated in your body and in your mind.
One yoga class is offered in nature every week.
You will enjoy five surf lessons that are 2 hours in duration each. Qualified and passionate staff will assist you and cater to your own skill level.
