During this retreat, you will have 2 daily meditation and yoga sessions designed to bring you deeper into your practice. Morning yoga is more dynamic and designed to build strength and flexibility, and afternoon session is soothing and calming, just what you need on your holidays! Meditation is in the Thai forest style of Buddhism, and teachings are provided to support this practice.
