The yoga classes will be mostly focusing on Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga which will both aid you in your surfing.
During this retreat, you will be guided by a professional surf school. They provide surf classes for different levels in separated groups.
The surf courses are specifically designed for your level of surfing, combining theory and practice in the most effective way. As a complete beginner you will learn how to surf from the start.
Well-experienced surfers will get the chance to perfect their surfing techniques. All equipment and insurance will be provided (board and wetsuit) and transport to and from the beach is included.
