The massages are scheduled around the daily fitness activities on offer to allow you to get the most out of your stay.
The program has been developed to enable you to participate in the yoga classes and other activities that immerse you in nature so that you can feel refreshed and rejuvenated. There are daily circuit training sessions that are customized to suit your familiarity with interval training. They are held on the beautiful grounds of the resort, set against great views and are a fun and engaging way to improve ones’ fitness level and stamina.
Daily Yoga sessions focus specifically on Vinyasa yoga for all different levels to cater for both beginners and the more advanced. The daily classes are taught by a number of teachers so as to offer different styles and levels of activity.
These exercises are combined with a number of cultural activities such as a Wine tasting which takes place 2 times per week, an extra virgin olive oil tasting once a week and a trip to a local town once a week.
You may also select from a variety of hiking options to truly appreciate the gorgeous scenery of the Tuscan countryside. The hikes vary in distance and can be customised to suit your desired level. The hikes lead through the rolling hills around the hotel, or into some of the nearby regions such as Chianti and the Valdambra, often leading to a local vineyard for a wine tasting or to an historic town for a cultural excursion.
