Please note during Monsoon months (June- August) there are some necessary changes that may include no beach yoga or kayaking. Instead there will be two in-house Yoga and Meditation sessions per day.
The retreats during these months will be dedicated much more for guests to enjoy time to oneself and to enjoy nature. There are also additional hikes during the week for guests to participate in.
