Weekly events on the retreat schedule include Hatha Yoga classes and pilates sessions designed to strengthen the core and rest of the body. After a good workout, indulge and unwind with relaxation massage. All massages are included in the program and they are just as significant as the fitness and nutrition segments.

There is also plenty of outdoor activities planned for you, which are specially designed for every level and interest.
