The month-long retreat is composed of three phases. In your first week in Phase 1, you will focus on cleansing the body, clearing the mind, and getting to know yourself. This phase includes 2 detox drinks per day, 2 good green shots per day, 2 detox meals a day, 2 liver flush drinks per day, 1 coconut juice per day and unlimited broth soups per day.

Phase 2 includes an Initial Fitness Assessment, 3 Spa Cuisine Meals a day, Power Blast shake per day, 7 x 30 min Far Infrared Sauna Session, 13 Personalised Fitness Sessions, 6 Group Pilates Reformer Classes, 4 Group Core Suspend Class, 2 Private Yoga sessions, and 2 Private Pilates Reformer Classes.
