You will have an introduction to food and diet drawn from the ancient science of Ayurveda. The core of the retreat is the personalized cooking sessions where you will experience hands-on cooking in learning the preparation of a wide variety of Indian dishes.
You will learn about nutrition, the use of Indian spices and on correct food combinations for optimal health and wellbeing.
Yoga classes, meditation, yoga nidra and spa treatments are included in the retreat. You will also enjoy full access to the pool, jacuzzi and steam room.
