The style of yoga is Vinyasa, with influences from the Ashtanga primary series. The classes will stay dynamic, building up each day towards a stronger practice, deepening your knowledge of the key postures, as you learn how to create a self-practice for yourself. The aim is for you to leave the retreat with a grounded practice, and seeing progress in the areas you choose to focus on.
At the end of each class, there will be breathing exercises as well as guided meditation and relaxation. The evening classes will be a consolidation of the morning class, as well as restorative postures and relaxation.
Ibiza is renowned as a great hub for wellness and holistic therapies. There is a selection of fantastic alternatives therapies on offer to complement the retreat including massage, energy healing, reiki, coaching and nutritional assessments.
