The yogic detox program uses the various Hatha yogic cleansing techniques to detox in a natural and effective way. It is a one of it's kind yogic cleansing retreat in India.

In Yogic detoxification, aspects of asana (Hatha yogic postures), pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), meditation and Yogic/Ayurvedic diet are incorporated to give profound experiences of energy and harmony.

The wellness activities include yoga, pranayama, meditation, vedanta talks, fitness, cooking demonstrations and weekly treks.

Therapies include Abhyanga, Choornaswedana, detoxifying jet blitz shower, detoxifying aromatherapy massage, detoxifying salt scrub, Himalayan Honey & Rose facial, calming rose quartz or Amethyst Rejuvenation facial, Swedish massage, reflexology, Jai Neti, Kunjal Kriya, and Trataka.

The supportive consultations offer an individual Wellness, Ayurvedic and fitness consultation and assessment, with ongoing progress checks, lifestyle consultation and a counselling session.

Standard inclusions for the program include consultations, morning wake up signature tea and fresh fruit bowl, 3 Rejuvenation Spa Cuisine meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) per night per person, daily use of Hydrotherapy facilities (steam, sauna, chill plunge pool, Kneipp Hydrotherapy foot bath and heated lap pool), scheduled spa lifestyle and wellness activities (yoga, pranayama, Vedanta lectures, cooking demos, wellness lectures, treks, and cultural performances).
