Coupled with natural healing treatments and medicines, yoga and meditation will allow the body to restore, improve and develop in harmony of mind, body and spirit.
You will work with a number of fully qualified and experienced teachers to guide your daily yoga lesson. It does not matter whether you are a complete beginner or if you are an experienced practitioner. If you have practiced yoga before, you will find that the method of teaching by the Indian and Sri Lankan teachers is rather different. It is more towards the authentic form of meditative yoga.
Whatever your motivation, whether it is to improve your downward dog or just to get a little fitter or seek out some meditative space, the wonderful teachers will be available to work with you during your stay.
There are also afternoon activities, such as meditations with a Buddhist Monk, seasonal harvesting activities, walks in the plantation and paddy field, and cooking demonstrations.
This package includes seven nights standard accommodations, lessons on basic Ayurveda concepts, Ayurvedic meals and snacks, plus water and herbal tea at all times, and your guided daily yoga and meditation sessions.
