This retreat is designed to combine personal fitness, guided outdoor treks, yoga, aqua fitness and therapeutic spa experiences to create a complete rejuvenating and strengthening experience.

This fitness experience is individualized, consultative and follows a goal orientated fitness approach. First evaluate your current ļ¬tness level in an outdoor trek. Outdoor fitness activities help you understand how your body responds to uncontrolled exercise environments.

This makes it easier for you to identify your problem areas and weaknesses so that you can begin strengthening them all once you are back in the gym. Personal yoga sessions in this program include asanas which provide balance and activate energies.

Spa experiences and therapies stretch and tone muscles complementing the outdoor activities and fitness sessions.

The meal plan delivers a hearty and satisfying balance of high protein, healthy fats, fiber and carbohydrates to fuel the body for optimum performance while training.
