The Greek Islands are the perfect destination. Combine a relaxing holiday on the sea with daily yoga and meditation sessions. You don’t need to be a sailor to enjoy the sunshine, clear blue waters as you leisurely sail to a new island location each day.

All you have to have is an open heart to adventure as you take your yoga practice to new and unique locations!

Located on the west coast of Greece, which is the protected part, creating the perfect environment for flat seas, mild winds and the best leisure cruising areas.

Your Greek Islands yoga sailing holiday starts off with an hour-long yoga class in a new location each day, whether it's overlooking the bay, the beach or the harbour- rest assured you wont have done a yoga class in a location like this before! Next, the group will set sail for your daily beach stop, which includes some of the clearest waters you've even seen.

As you sail you have the freedom to relax as you wish, with a book, sun baking, chatting with your fellow guests or learn to sail with your skipper.

Included in the retreat is daily yoga and meditation, seven days accommodation on board the luxury yacht, full crew: Skipper, hostess & yoga instructor, breakfast and lunch fresh every day on board, tips to help you learn how to sail, snorkelling gear and wifi.
There are no hidden costs and all the benefits of a private yacht at the fraction of the price of renting your own!
The groups are kept small with a maximum of seven guests to ensure there is plenty of space and an intimate feel. Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!

Donna Freakie

Donna’s passion for yoga is centred around the need to balance Yin & Yang in her life. Discovering the foundations of merging the Yin & Yang whilst living with a Shaman in Mexico and further studying meditation and reiki in Guatemala.She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and completed her Yoga Teacher Training under the Krishnamacharya lineage in Bali. Donna currently she is teaches Hatha, and Vinyasa flow in Sydney, Australia. Drawing inspiration from international teachers such as Eion Finn, Cameron Shayne, and Janet Stone. Donna aims to inspire her students to experience connection through linking mediation and movement, where their yoga practice gives them a personal feeling of strength and inner calm. In addition to the life of yoga, Donna is an active adventurer and philanthropist. She regularly leads charity adventures trips such as cycling in Cambodia and trekking in Peru. Donna truly believes that yoga has changed her life, and is a major key to help us live a balanced life, in a busy world. "With a focused and balanced mind you can do anything. Even a one handstand headstand one day".
