Luxurious beach resort accommodation, rejuvenating spa services, elite personal training and gourmet healthy meals make this fitness and health experience one you’ll never want to leave!

The enthusiastic health coaches and trainers are attentive to your goals, and give you all the tools you need to succeed and enjoy your time away, as well as feel prepared and motivated to return home with new routines and a healthy mindset.

Though you’re working hard it rarely feels like actual work, as you are partaking in fun activities such as kayaking, yoga, spin, surfing, beach boot camps, rock climbing and more.

Finish up at 2pm each day and take the afternoon and evening off to lounge at the beach, explore the local shops, enjoy a massage, or relax in your luxurious room.

Enjoy a health-conscious meal plan. Getting the results you want means nutrition is vital. As well as delicious daily meals you will also receive helpful nutritional tips and advice to take home with you.Included in your package is waterfront resort accommodation, health assessment & fitness evaluation, nutritional guidance, 3 gourmet meals each day, 5 hrs fitness activities daily led by elite certified trainers, a take home workout program designed specifically for you.

Coach Eddie

Coach Eddie has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 10 years. Eddie went to the University of FL where he studied Exercise Science. His passion for fitness and health stemmed at a young age and continues to be a huge part of his life! Eddie’s positive attitude and energy is what separates him from the rest!

Coach Kyle

Coach Kyle has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 8 years. He graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science/Kinesiology and an Associates in Sports Management. He believes in the fitness philosophy of: “Progress not Perfection”. His positive attitude and motivation is contagious!!

Karen .

Karen is a vital part of the 1Team Fitness Squad! Her devotion to fitness and health has changed many lives including her own!! She is living proof that hard work pays off as she has lost over 80lbs on her fitness journey to becoming a Health Coach andCo-Owner of 1Team Fitness!!

Coach TJ

Coach TJ has been a Personal Trainer for 5 years. New to 1Team Fitness, TJ’s “outside the box” training philosophies are sure to keep you having fun and blasting away those calories! He’s always eager to share his experience and knowledge of fitness.
