Your program starts with a one-on-one personal program orientation with one of the fitness and nutrition specialists. Together, you plan out the program focusing specifically on your goals. Total Fitness Retreats are designed to get the benefits you want, instead of offering a “one size fits all” solution. Activities on offer include Muay Thai training, cross-training, weight training, personal training, hot yoga training, strength & conditioning, squash training, Thai/oil massage, herbal sauna, ice bath, beach workouts and pilates training.
This week-long retreat includes 7-day cleanse nutrition with three healthy fresh meals each day, accommodation, one-on-one nutrition consultation, and 5 personal trainings. During your retreat you will also have the option to join the team in one of the morning beach workouts at one of the most beautiful beaches of Phuket island – Nai Harn beach. You also have the option to participate in one of the weekly Thai Cuisine Cooking Class on the rooftop pool restaurant.
