This 6 Day Pilates & Yoga Retreat is the perfect opportunity to escape to the sunshine and focus on your well-being.
Each day includes a 90 minute session of yoga and a 90 minute session of Pilates. With classes for beginners & intermediates/advanced, no one will feel out of place nor under pressure.
You'll meet teachers dedicated to their chosen field of yoga or Pilates so what you’ll receive is the 'pure' form of both disciplines rather than a ‘yogalates’ blend. And, with just 12 students in each class, there’ll be plenty of space to practice and individual attention from the teachers to help develop your practice.
There are 3 extra workshops to help deepen your practice. There's a calming Meditation workshop, an ‘Essentials’ workshop where the team will run through the basics of both yoga and Pilates, and an ‘Intensive’ immersion for those with a little more experience.
When you're not practicing yoga or Pilates, the team have a range of optional activities you can join if you wish. There's a guided hike in the mountains, guided bike ride, Aerial Yoga class , Pilates Reformer sessions or simply soothe your body & soul with some super holistic therapies.
Pilates sessions are mat-based and include a variety of efficient movements using Pilates equipment to build a strong toned body. Yoga sessions include the deep stretches of Hatha with the warming flow of Vinyasa to stretch muscles and open your joints whilst synchronising breath with movement.

All guests coming on their own are given their own ensuite double room as we never ask (nor expect) guests to share.
Nicole qualified with an excellent grade diploma following a 2-year of training with FRYOG (Friends of Yoga International). She now has over 15 years teaching experience and further training with some of the most inspiring yoga teachers – Shiva Rea, Claire Missingham, Liz Lark, Godfri Devereux and others, whose names you may not recognize but have been equally enlightening.Yoga to Nicole is like an incredible secret she wants to share with as many people as possible. She loves the endless benefits it brings into life starting with the unlocking of physical tension that has crept into bodies to the discovery of a source of deep inner peace when we allow ourselves to just stop and simply breathe. Everytime she rolls out her mat she really feels like she has come home.
Natalia feels blessed with the opportunity to teach yoga and love seeing students progress and transform on a mental and physical level. She completed her initial teaching training in Hatha yoga in 2008 but, following a trip to India in 2010 to deepen her understanding of yoga, she now practices Ashtanga and Hatha yoga and return to India on a regular basis to continue her studies and to learn from eminent teachers such as Ajay, Vijay Kumar and Kamal Singh with whom she completed a 200-hour teaching training in 2011.
After finishing a master’s degree and working for several years in the State Government of New Jersey, USA, Dina felt a longing in her heart that she could not explain. She had everything on a material level yet something was missing. This longing was the beginning of a long and extensive journey into the mysteries of the human body, mind and spirit. Following the completion of yoga teacher training at the Power Yoga Works studio in Philadelphia, Dina travelled through India, Italy, Greece, Holland and Brazil where she trained in various healing modalities including Myofascial bodywork, subtle bodies healing, energy work and inner child therapy and taught in Europe, Americas and Asia. In Dina’s classes you’ll be invited to explore the potential of your body and to rediscover the joy of being in your body.
During a hugely rewarding 10 years working hard at the famous Abbey Road music Studios in London, Imy realised her love of yoga was growing and she found herself wanting to become a yoga teacher and not tied to a desk. Having trained in the Sivananda method of yoga in 2001 at Grass Valley, California, Imy has never looked back. Her classes are relaxing, deeply intuitive but still challenging. Imy loves the 5 points of Sivananda – a form of Hatha Yoga – which focuses on breathing, physical exercises “asanas”, relaxation and diet – a total mind, body and soul experience. Imy also trained at Sunyoga UK, specialising in yoga for children and was fortunate enough to work a great deal on the popular ‘teen yoga’ classes in London, helping teens to relax during those transition years.
Coming from a weight training background and through the whole Aerobic hype, training quality was always an issue for Evelin. Pilates, for the first time, clearly pointed out the importance of body awareness and correct biomechanics for profound results. Now the Pilates Basic Principles are reference guidelines used in every sport. Total body integration for her is an important key as it teaches a person to move intelligently, healthily and efficiently throughout every movement he/she makes so that the body becomes re-aligned, stronger and life becomes so much more fun! Evelin loves to encourage her clients to reach high and then discover that they reached even higher!
Abby has been teaching and practising mat and studio Pilates for over 10 years. After gaining a BA in Theatre Dance, she pursued a professional dance career that took her across the World. In 2006, due to a dance injury, Abby undertook and completed training in Pilates at The Body Control Centre in London. In 2010, having retired from professional dance, she settled in Spain where she furthered her Pilates training and qualifications. Abby is currently developing her own method of integrating dance and Pilates.
