Virginia was born in Montevideo, Uruguay and it was several years ago when the road and the passion towards the practice of Yoga started. Whilst still in Uruguay she took a course of Raja Yoga Instructor and in 2006 she decided to change her residence to Barcelona.She slowly began to give her first classes and it was in 2012 that she decided to travel to India to further deepen her teaching skills. She enrolled the Hatha Yoga Training School Patanjali International Yoga Foundation with Hatha Yoga master, Jitendra Das in Rishikesh. In 2014 she decided to get certified in Shakti Dance with Sara Avatar from England. Currently she offer classes in both disciplines, Hatha Vinyasa and Shakti Dance, that, although different in perming, have the same goal - being more aware and healthy, to help live in harmony with ourselves and with everything around us.
Ana started her London journey working in Events and Technology, building up a great career that finally took her back to Barcelona to be part of one of the biggest Technology projects in the city. After few years working in a very fast paced environment, with long hours and high levels of stress involved, she decided to hop off the corporate world to gain perspective and a healthier work and lifestyle.
Yoga has been a constant practice for Leonardo for over 10 years now. He started practicing yoga in Chile, where he’s from and finally became a Yoga Teacher years after. He obtained his certification In Mysore, India. He has also followed special trainings and workshops with recognised teachers around the world. His classes of Hatha Vinyasa are very dynamic and strongly inspired in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method.
French girl living in Barcelona who started practicing yoga in China - Anais Gilbert has always been passionate about two things: yoga and travel. Three years ago, she left France to travel the world and almost immediately fell in love with yoga. From then, she had the chance to practice in the most beautiful places on earth, with the most amazing teachers that gave her so much more than “just yoga classes” and it actually literally changed her life.She took a 200h Yoga Teacher Training at Byron Yoga Centre located in one of the most wonderful coastal places in Australia, Byron Bay. After that wonderful experience she started teaching Hatha Vinyasa yoga classes, trying to bring yoga where it was not practiced and much needed, especially in the corporate world.Her classes focus on the breath, body awareness and flowing movements and combine strength and flexibility work.
