Overview

This five night yoga retreat offers a perfect combination of relaxation, meditation, physical exercise, healthy food and eco adventures. The yoga sessions include guided asana practice, pranayama, meditation, and are offered at the rooftop studio or on the nearby beaches.

The retreat gives you the opportunity to experience the rich Thai culture and traditions. Enjoy visits to Buddhist temples, Thai cooking classes and all of the best scenic lookout points on the island.

Each day offers new activities and adventures- try snorkelling or hiking, visit the local shops and markets, explore beaches and waterfalls, visit an ethical Elephant Sanctuary and so much more.

The retreat is inclusive of

5 nights accommodation

all meals

daily fresh juice or healthy mix

daily yoga and Meditation classes

daily tours

and some special and custom yoga classes.

Roundtrip airport transfer, or transfer from other hotels in Phuket, ferry pier or bus station, beach shuttle are also included.

Luis Enrique III

Originally from Costa Rica and now living in Phuket, Luis is a true lover of life, family and friends. He has pursued yoga to have a better lifestyle, meet new friends and study the meaning of life. What Luis loves about the studio is that the location on the green mountain with stunning views of the Andaman Sea nicely sets the mood for great Yoga and Meditation.

MJ C’Boonmeemeechai

He was born and grew up in Phuket. Certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. Interested in Surfing, Badminton.

Thunwipa Mew Poomchaiya

Certified Yoga Instructor and Licensed Tour Guide. Bachelor Degree of Art in Tourism and Hospitality. Certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin/Restorative, Pilates. Traditional Thai Massage Specialist certified in Wat Po Thai Traditional Medical and Massage School in Bangkok. Worked in Samahita Retreat and Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary in Samui. Recently moved to Phuket.
