Louise fell in love with yoga in 2014 and since then she has been certified to be an expert in Yoga for children and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). She has practiced various types of yoga including restorative, yin, ashtanga, kundalini and anusara. Her yoga classes are fun and they learn to get carried away with fluency and coordination. She wants to share the beauty and magic of yoga with everyone, as she believes that these have always been within us from birth, all we need is to awaken them. Aside from being a yoga teacher, she also works with children in a Montessori school. Louise teaches different styles of yoga such as Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Chair, Yoga for Kids.
Amanda Dee is an experienced certified yoga teacher with over 15,000 hours of training behind her. She has taught in some of the most prestigious centers of New York where yoga has primarily formed her career. She has conducted countless workshops, attended different training programs for teachers and opened her own yoga center in Manhattan in 2003. At present, leads the yoga center in Southern Spain, Amanda studied advanced anatomy with renowned teachers such as Leslie Kaminoff, Tom Myers or Zach Dacuk. She has also studied and worked with Schuyler Grant the creator of Kula Yoga. Amanda's experience also includes knowledge of dance and dance and Thai Body Work and reflected in its balance of style and yoga classes, including strongly for attention to anatomy, choreography and body exercise.Amanda teaches different types of Yoga such Vinyasa Flow, YinYasa - a fusion of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, pre / postnatal yoga, yoga restorative, yoga for the elderly, Thai body work, body gym, and bellydancing.
