This beachside hideaway is all on it's own on a secluded beach, offering complete immersion. Supportive teachers and great facilities, and a very social yogi venue.

Each day you will choose one special treatment from a wide range of holistic options, including Ayurvedic treatments, Traditional Thai massage, Therapeutic massage, Aromatherapy massage, Swedish massage, foot reflexology massage, facial treatments, exfoliating body scrubs and more.

Rebecca Newall

Rebecca was born and raised in Australia and now serves as a health coach, yoga, pilates teacher and Reiki practitioner. Her passion is to help guide people through their journey of self-discovery, health & wellbeing. Rebecca’s holistic approach to health coaching helps people to consider their bio-individuality when it comes to nutrition. She will help you combine the right food choices and lifestyle, to lead you in the right direction for a happy, healthy, life. Rebecca has studied with many international teachers from around the world and continues to learn every year. With her knowledge from her studies and wisdom from her own life experience, she can support, educate and encourage others on their personal journey. She loves combining health coaching, yoga and reiki to assist with healing and transformation.

Ara Hwang

Ara was born and raised in Korea. She has traveled the world studying and working for last 16 years. She has worked in the fitness and wellness industry for last 11 years. In this experience she learn that: “Our body is very important to support and we need to care for it. Without a healthy body it’s hard to have a healthy mind. Taking care of your body is not a short time goal, it’s a complete lifestyle commitment.“

Sarah Pierroz

Sarah born in Canada, studying Art, Sciences, and Arts Education, and has travelled Africa, the Middle East, the Mediterranean Basin and Asia for over a decade. Making Egypt and then Italy her home, she was able to learn different approaches to relating to our environment and ourselves, how to promote non-violence and foster different forms of creative expression. Sarah most recently taught art, photography, and environmental science at a United World College near Venice, which focuses on promoting peace, intercultural understanding and sustainable development. She completed a Centered Yoga Teacher training in 2011 and has continued her studies in pranayama, yoga and buddhist philosophy, and practical meditation techniques in more depth, under the main guidance of Paul Dallaghan and Sri. O.P. Tiwari. Sarah has over 1100 Centered Yoga Teacher hours, is a certified as a TRX Personal Trainer and Schwin Spin Instructor.

Daniel Stringer

Daniel began practicing Ashtanga Yoga in 2003 which led him to meet Pattabhi Jois in 2006 and experienced Guruji’s intense hands-on teachings. From Mysore he was led to Koh Samui where he found his primary teacher Paul Dallaghan, an inspiring man with whom Daniel felt a deeper connection. Through these journeys, he has discovered how a dedicated and sincere yoga practice can be the single most transformative experience in anyone’s life. Since the birth of his son, he has focused on self-study of anatomy, philosophy and contemporary Integral spirituality. Daniel takes a balanced approach with his teaching – building inner awareness through breath, creating steadiness and strength through effective practical alignment, and allowing students to express their full potential. He takes a long-term interest in his students, helping to support inner and outer growth and development. After teaching yoga in Hong Kong for ten years at Myoga and Pure Yoga Daniel moved to Samui with his family in 2018.

Gill Breetzke

Gill was born in South Africa, and has lived abroad in the UK, Ireland and Asia. She began her international teaching career, working in Inner city London schools, supporting children from challenging backgrounds, then on to Dublin and Yangon. Koh Samui is now her home where she combines her love of yoga and music in this unique transformational place. She began her daily practice of yoga in 2004, training with Paul Dallaghan and Richard Freeman, and is Yoga Alliance (500RYT) and 1100 hour Centered Yoga Certified teacher.

Alexandra .

Alexandra is a certified personal trainer, health coach and yoga instructor from South Africa. Her health and wellness journey started with her completing her 500h Personal Training & Nutrition studies in Florida in 2014. Thereafter she started her online health & wellness coaching business whilst being a full-time personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her yoga journey began when she completed her 300 hr Hatha yoga course and attended 200h Ashtanga & Vinyasa YTT in India. Since then she hosted her own safari retreats in South Africa, and traveled as a health coach and yoga teacher at retreats in Jamaica and Zanzibar and currently studying holistic nutrition.Health and wellness have been part of her life from a young age, and it is truly her passion to help and guide others to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. She believes that the body, mind and soul is directly connected to the way we live, eat and move and that our lifestyle choices impact our quality of life.
