You will work with a number of fully qualified and experienced teachers to guide your daily yoga practices. Expert teachers from around the globe, from Europe to India, converge here to teach.
If you have practiced yoga before, especially in the west, you will find that the teaching style by the Indian and Sri Lankan teachers to be rather different. It is more towards the authentic form of meditative yoga.
There are afternoon activities available to you, such as meditations with a Buddhist Monk, seasonal harvesting activities, walks in the plantation & paddy field, and cooking demonstrations.
The package includes ten nights accommodation, guided daily yoga and meditation, Ayurvedic meals and snacks, plus water and herbal tea at all times.
