Look deep into nature & then you will understand everything better. During this week of yoga & conscious cooking you will dive into your own inner nature & look at what nature provides around you.
You will be learning how to cook sustainably with healthy plant-based, organic & local produce, mindfully eating & transforming foods through fermentation. Not forgetting the most important components: deliciousness, sharing & joy.
There will be twice daily yoga classes giving you a chance to explore your inner landscapes & body movements. Becoming aware of your mind & own organic structure in which you reside.
On Wednesday evening there will be no yoga as you will visit a local, organic market with beautiful fresh produce.
It will be an inspiring week of connecting, learning new delicious plant based recipes to take home, exploration & mindfulness.
