Learning authentic traditional yoga. The base yoga style is Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow. However, the course will also give you a taste of many different styles of Yoga including Hatha, Restorative and Yin Yoga. The objective is to deepen your Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice, combining it with alignment techniques from the Iyengar style.
Every morning, students will start the day with Meditation, Pranayama, Mantra and Kriya. The subject of classes in the middle of the day changes every week; moving from yoga philosophy, through anatomy, to physiology.
There is an extensive curriculum on Teaching Methodology, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology, as well as expertise on various adjustments, modifications and variations which will help you to confidently teach yoga anywhere in the world.
This teacher training package includes your study materials, course manual, three yogi plant based meals per day (except Saturdays and Sundays) and accommodation.
