Develop a daily practice of kriyas, asanas, pranayama, bandha, mudras, and dhyana. Delve deeper into Yoga Anatomy and Physiology. Enjoy an introduction to Structural Yoga Therapy.
Study philosophy from the classical texts of Yoga (Bhaghavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hathayoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita and the Upanishads). The course also has an introduction to Ayurveda and Marma Points.
By the end of the course you will be able to design and teach a 90-minute asana class to your peers which incorporates all these components.
To Enroll in the RYS 300 Hour Yoga course, it is mandatory for you to have a RYS 200 certificate from the preceding course, as the curriculum builds on from the concepts you have formerly learned and practiced in your 200 hour Yoga TTC.
The 300-hour course fee includes your accommodation, daily vegetarian meals, herbal tea, weekend excursions and course materials such as books & cleansing kits.
