The objective of this course is to deepen the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice combining it with alignment techniques from the Iyengar style and therapeutic benefits of Yoga.
Every morning, students start the day with Meditation, Pranayama, Mantra and Kriya. The subject of classes in the middle of the day changes every week; going from yoga philosophy, through anatomy up to physiology.
There is an extensive curriculum on Teaching Methodology, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology, as well as expertise on various adjustments, modifications and variations which will help you to confidently teach yoga anywhere in the world.
This teacher training package includes study materials, course manual, three (3) yogi vegetarian and plant based meals per day (except Saturdays and Sundays) and accommodation.
