In this course you will learn 3 styles of yoga that will create the best foundation for being a yoga teacher in today’s world- Hatha (including traditional and therapeutic), Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Yoga.
This course aims to weave together both the theory, physical practice and the subtler introspective aspects such as meditation in order to provide the students with a holistic yoga experience.
As a teacher, it is imperative that one also understands how to instruct and teach complicated styles and techniques of yoga, along with deepening the understanding of the basic and fundamental concepts. This course will ensure the same and make you a more confident practitioner and a better teacher.
Experienced yogis and beginners alike will gain a lot from the knowledge this course delivers.
It is recommended that applicants have a minimum of 6 months practice before the start of the course and that they are physically fit, so that they are prepared for the four hours daily yoga practice.
