In this 200 hr yoga teacher training you will be taught Asthanga Vinyasa primary series, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga (dynamic flow), Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and many other traditions of India.
This course provides every student an introduction to all possible styles of Yoga and allows the soul within you to connect with one or more particular styles to practice and teach in future.
The course focuses on the therapeutic aspect of yoga, so that students who are suffering from disease can join for their own benefits and also for the help of others.
The school is a pioneer of Aerial Yoga in India so some lessons can be attended. Also it's one of the only schools in India with a swimming pool in the ashram for you to relax around.
The school also provides classes on Partner Yoga and Acro Yoga. During the day you will be able to participate in Karma Yoga and in some evenings you will be able to immerse in Bhakti Yoga (Bhajan-Kirtan)
The course leaders will cover the most important aspects of yoga by building a bridge between East and West, between science and spirituality, between practice and teaching.
