This 200 hour teacher training is an exploration of yoga philosophy, techniques, and practices that will prepare you to become a versatile, knowledgeable, and inspiring yoga teacher and practitioner. This training is based upon an understanding of yoga as a practice that is not merely physical, but also psychological and philosophical – a threefold path.
