This course is for those with passion and a wish for an in-depth study of Asanas and Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga philosophy. The course aims to perfectly balance physical as well as mental well-being, which is why the school focuses on philosophy and meditation.
The objective of the training is to provide you with strong technical and theoretical experience. This will enable you to perform Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary Series with perfection and correct alignment. You will learn a unique combination in developing a solid foundation Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and correct Iyengar alignment principles. This approach has an ultimate goal of practicing injury free yoga.
From the second week of the training you will actively participate in teaching as well as adjusting others during the classes. The practical sessions are organized under the observation of your instructors who will guide you on how to prepare and present your class. They will also offer various tips on how to observe your students and refine your hands on adjustment techniques. These sessions give you the best opportunity to learn and how to teach in a very supportive, open and safe environment.
There is an extensive curriculum on Teaching Methodology, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology, as well as expertise on various adjustments, modifications and variations allowing you to confidently teach around the world.
The course fee includes study material, teacher training course manual, 3 yogi vegetarian and plant based meals per day (except Saturdays and Sundays) and accommodation.
