These courses are ideal for beginners or for those new to Sivananda Yoga. They give you a full yoga experience, progressively introducing yoga asanas, breathing exercises, meditation, mantra chanting and yoga philosophy. The five points of Yoga will be introduced. You will be immersed in the daily routine of yoga and will experience wholesome vegetarian meals.
