Mindfulness and yoga are very closely interwoven. With Christine and Nadine's joint retreat they would like to give you the way to use and integrate both in your everyday life. They will cover the eight sessions of the Mindfulness Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. No previous knowledge is necessary. The yoga is also suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis.
