A three weeks unique course of Art of Adjustment covers adjustment of all postures of primary series of Ashtanga yoga, fundamental principles of hands-on adjustment, detailed alignment of asanas. During the course, students are trained in how to qualify the bodies in terms of applying an appropriate adjustment for all levels of practice and body constitution taking in account individual details of each body. Students are trained to perform a safe and effective adjustment and by the end of the course will be able to work in yoga class. This program will be interesting for yoga teachers as well as for yoga practitioners as through learning and be practicing adjustment the students improve their personal practice. Being able to adjust yoga postures is a unique skill and it requires special qualification. Adjustment of the yoga poses is meant to bring the body into its highest potential and overcome the obstacles on the path of evolving of the asana.
