During this retreat, you will practice yoga each morning and some evenings. Practices will be customized to the needs and preferences of the group and include Vinyasa and Yin styles as well as meditation and philosophy talks. Creative sequencing and strategies during practice will facilitate profound learning. Maybe the best thing about Yoga Retreats is that you are there to really DO yoga. So you won’t rush. You’ll have time to explore some deeper philosophical concepts, progress your movement, and settle deep into the body in the present moment. It’s truly glorious!
