Overview

Welcome to Elba! Enjoy your time on the island with daily asana and pranayama sessions in the morning before you will have plenty of time in the afternoon to explore your surroundings on hikes or relax at the close by beach. In the evening, you will enjoy a barbecue and can end the day in complete relaxation with an optional meditation. %The Yoga sessions will be hold outside if the weather allows. We have a beautiful garden where we can do Yoga under palm trees, the next sandy beach is 3 km from the house, the magical rocks, nice for the sun solutions, are as well nearby. We are opening an indoor Yoga Shala in Villa Shanti in April. And an Outdoor Shala in June when it is getting hot. As we teach many Yoga styles we are adapting to the people and the group. I personally love to do a mixture of Power and YinYoga. But as well Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Fascia are available. Morning and evening meditation with the magical surrounding of Villa Shanti is spectacular. We are looking on the beautiful little villages of Marciana Alto and Poggio and the high energetic Monte Cabane, which is the highest mountain of the island with its 1200 meters.
