Overview

The essence of the March 2020 retreat is focusing on women's' mind, body, and soul in the Spring. It has been designed with love and care so all three elements combined will be given time and attention and the result is a relaxed, re-focused, reconnected and vibrant you. %The program offers a unique opportunity to experience deep relaxation, learn about and practice meditation and rest, enjoy gentle Hatha yoga, walk in nature, connect with your true values in the group sessions and be nourished and cleansed with delicious homemade organic meals throughout your stay in our stunning country house set in its own private grounds. %You will return to your daily life with the knowledge and tools to make a positive change for the long term feeling fully refreshed. Ideal for Women in their 40's plus (and all the hormones that go with that!) who feel like they never stop, or who are at a crossroads in life, have relationship issues, feel taken for granted or have forgotten who they really are or who just need some time out to reconnect and relax. This will give you energy, clarity, and confidence when you return home and the tools to keep up what you have learned.
