Join Anaahat Yog on this inspiring journey as they share with you all their favorite things about yoga and provide you with an energetic heart opening experience you will never forget. Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa yoga are beautiful yoga practices of ‘placing with awareness’ - mindfully moving from one pose to the next in order to create a flow. On this particular 200 hour immersion, you will also learn how to sink deeper into the mind-body through the practice of Hatha, Ashtanga yoga as well as learning how to completely let go and become weightless through the practice of aerial yoga.
