Overview

No matter how sporty, non-sporty, stiff, flexible, young, old, thin, obese, or restless you are, or which physical challenges you have, everybody can learn yoga. During this retreat, you will understand what yoga is, how it differs from sports, the observational skills, the alignment, and balance of the poses. Yoga helps you to develop physical, emotional, and energetic awareness. A crucial aspect of yoga is that you make progress by relaxing, not by putting yourself under pressure.
