This is a two-day Yoga Nidra workshop to deeply rest yourself. Learn and explore the deep resting power of Yoga Nidra facilitated live on Zoom. There are two mindful movements practices, four different guided yoga Nidra, and some time to discuss, explore, and learn tools and tips to start your self-practice. It is short yet intense and effective. It will give you the opportunity to connect with your peers and share experiences if you want to. You will be guided by 2 instructors, Beatrice and Ligia, who both have a deep knowledge of yoga Nidra and mindful movement.
