You will discover the practice of satya yoga, a style that focuses into seeking the true depth. The principle of this practice is to use the body, energy, breath and spirit to find meditation, light and to open the heart. During this retreat, you are welcome to discover or to deepen your yoga practice, acquire a strong foundation and a millennial knowledge to accompany you throughout your life. Satya Yoga is the search of union with the self, by the practice of Asana (Hatha Yoga), many exercises of breathing (Pranayama), exercises of activation of the spinal column and the chakras (Kundalini Yoga) as well as the repetition of mantras or Kirtan (Bhakti Yoga), meditation (dhyana) and finally Jnana Yoga, "yoga of awareness". Through this practice we have a better understanding of our body, mind and spirit. Through the three aspects of the self, we feel an improved vitality, mental peace, and our mind is more balanced.
