Begin your yoga life, improve your knowledge, expand your experience, investigate new yoga-styles with this 25 hours of yoga and meditation retreat. During one week, you will participate in classes of pranayama, Vinyasa yoga, Kundalini yoga, Yin yoga, and yoga Nidra. You will have a deep work out in asanas that you would like to improve; learn meditation technics; improve your concentration; and expand your knowledge about yoga philosophy and energy.
