Overview

Spend a week closely to Barcelona right in nature. Disconnect from the routine and start your day with yoga, followed by a daily sports activity, finishing by some nice stretching. You will learn about anatomy, cooking (one cooking workshop), massage and personal development. You will get stronger with daily Pilates and fitness training. You will enjoy a beautiful landscape chilling out in the villa during the resting hours. Come alone or with a friend, you will be surrounded by good energy only.
